About The Position
At Vanguard Classical School, we are looking for a dedicated Enrollment Coordinator to join our East Campus team and help us grow our vibrant school community. This role is crucial in connecting prospective families with the school and ensuring a smooth start to their educational journey. The Enrollment Coordinator acts as the bridge between the school and the greater Aurora community, sharing the Vanguard Story and ensuring every student's journey begins positively.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- 2+ years of office or school experience preferred.
- Must provide documented evidence of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Must successfully complete the required criminal background clearance process.
Nice To Haves
- Some college is a plus.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead school tours for interested families, showcasing classrooms and the school's classical culture.
- Reach out to local preschools and community groups to promote Vanguard Classical School.
- Work closely with existing families to facilitate the enrollment of siblings and maintain community connections.
- Manage the front desk with a welcoming attitude, greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Manage the admissions database for K-12 students.
- Validate "October Count" data to ensure accurate student records.
- Handle student registrations, withdrawals, and process records requests from other districts.
