About The Position

As a Family Outreach Specialist you will be the face of Flourish in the Maricopa area. This is a part-time, community-facing role where you will attend local events, build relationships with prospective families, and guide them through the enrollment process. You will be out in the community starting conversations and helping families find a school their kids will love.

• Previous experience in sales, outreach, or community engagement is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Attending community events, family gatherings, and neighborhood activities throughout Maricopa
• Building genuine relationships with prospective families and walking them through the enrollment process
• Following up with interested families via phone and email
• Keeping organized records of your outreach and family pipeline
