Part Time School Custodians
About The Position
The School Custodian helps maintain a safe, clean school environment for students, teachers, and staff. The role performs routine cleaning and sanitation throughout classrooms, restrooms, common areas, and the broader facility. The Budd Group describes its culture as God-honoring, safety-focused, and family-oriented, and provides training for employees with no prior experience. The position is part-time and located on Hillcrest Drive in Laurens, South Carolina. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with one of two options: 3:00 PM–7:00 PM or 4:00 PM–8:00 PM. Pay is $12.50–$13.00.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable, positive, and friendly attitude.
- No prior experience is required; training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect classrooms.
- Sanitize and stock restrooms and common areas.
- Remove waste and help maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the facility.
