About The Position
The Budd Group is hiring a part-time School Custodian at Union County Schools in Union, South Carolina. The role helps keep the school environment safe, healthy, and tidy for students and staff. The position is on-site and scheduled Monday through Friday, 3 PM to 7 PM, with no weekends. Pay is $11.00 per hour. Previous janitorial or commercial facility-cleaning experience is helpful but not required; training is provided. Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for small details.
- Positive attitude and dependability.
- Ability to work independently and stay on task throughout the shift.
Nice To Haves
- Previous janitorial or commercial facility-cleaning experience; not required, as training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Dust, vacuum, remove trash, and sanitize touchpoints.
- Keep the custodian closet organized and restock restrooms for each day.
- Serve as a lead cleaner for restrooms, cafeterias, and common areas as assigned by the supervisor.
