About The Position
The School Custodian helps keep a school campus safe, clean, and ready for students and staff. The role performs custodial duties in classrooms, restrooms, common areas, and throughout the facility. No previous experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. The position is part-time and is located on Hillcrest Drive in Laurens, South Carolina. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, either 3:00 PM–7:00 PM or 4:00 PM–8:00 PM. Pay is $12.50–$13.00.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable, positive, and friendly attitude.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect classrooms to maintain a healthy learning environment.
- Sanitize and stock restrooms and common areas.
- Remove waste and maintain a clean, safe environment throughout the facility.
