About The Position

The School Culture-Climate Program Manager builds and owns the systems behind student culture and school climate at North Hudson Academy (NHA). This is a program and systems role, not a supervisory or clinical one.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a school-based behavior, climate, or student support role
• Experience with tiered systems and restorative or de-escalation practice
• Experience with students with disabilities
• Criminal history check before start

Responsibilities

• Designs and owns the tiered behavior and climate framework
• Builds schoolwide programming, recognition, and student voice structures
• Owns climate data collection and reporting, working with the BCBA
• Coaches staff on de-escalation and restorative practice, non-evaluative
• Responds to climate incidents and identifies patterns
• On-call climate consultation to the other buildings as needed
