About The Position
Builds and owns the systems behind student culture and school climate at NHA. This is a program and systems role, not supervisory or clinical.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a school-based behavior, climate, or student support role
- Experience with tiered systems and restorative or de-escalation practice
- Experience with students with disabilities
- Criminal history check before start
Responsibilities
- Designs and owns the tiered behavior and climate framework
- Builds schoolwide programming, recognition, and student voice structures
- Owns climate data collection and reporting, working with the BCBA
- Coaches staff on de-escalation and restorative practice, non-evaluative
- Responds to climate incidents and identifies patterns
- On-call climate consultation to the other buildings as needed
