About The Position
Krapf Bus is seeking Drivers to join the team at various schools in the Hampton, NJ area. This is a part-time position with a split schedule, typically 20-25 hours per week, guaranteed 4-5 hours per day for 9.5 months out of the year (with summer work available). The role offers a consistent part-time schedule with steady income, making it ideal for ride-share drivers, gig workers, retirees, stay-at-home parents, or college students. No experience is required as paid training is provided to obtain a Commercial Driver License (CDL). Opportunities for advancement exist, such as moving into a full-time trainer, dispatcher, or operations manager role. A $2500.00 sign-on bonus is available for fully licensed school bus drivers with a valid CDL and S & P endorsements, hired between September 15, 2026, and October 16, 2026. All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes, and additional terms may apply. Applicants must be able to work Monday-Friday, covering AM and PM routes for Flemington, Raritan, and Montgomery.
Requirements
- Hold a valid driver's license for at least one year.
- Pass a background check.
- Be able to work Monday-Friday, covering AM and PM routes.
- Hold a valid CDL with both S & P endorsements (for sign-on bonus).
- Be hired between September 15, 2026, through October 16, 2026 (for sign-on bonus).

Responsibilities
- Drive school buses for AM and PM routes.
- Cover routes for Flemington, Raritan, and Montgomery.
- Provide pupil transportation.
