About The Position
Krapf Bus is seeking Drivers to join the team at various schools in the Hampton, NJ area. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity with a consistent schedule and steady income, ideal for ride share drivers, gig workers, retirees, stay-at-home parents, or college students. No experience is required as paid training is provided to obtain your Commercial Driver License (CDL). The position offers more time off and room for growth. Applicants must be able to work Monday-Friday, covering both AM and PM routes for Wantage and Green Township. The role guarantees 4-5 hours per day for 9.5 months out of the year (38 weeks), with opportunities for summer work and additional hours for sports, trips, and extended programs. A sign-on bonus of $2500.00 is available for fully licensed school bus drivers with a valid CDL and S & P endorsements, hired between September 15, 2026, and October 15, 2026. All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and additional terms. Krapf School Bus is a family-owned and operated transportation business established in 1942, and is now one of the largest private providers of contracted school bus transportation in the nation.
Requirements
- Hold a valid driver's license for at least one year.
- Pass a background check.
- Be able to work Monday-Friday, covering AM and PM routes.
- Be able to work 9.5 months out of the year (38 weeks).
- Fully licensed school bus drivers must hold a valid CDL with both S & P endorsements to qualify for the sign-on bonus.
- New hires must be hired between September 15, 2026, through October 15, 2026, to qualify for the sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities
