About The Position
Krapf Bus is seeking Drivers to join the team at various schools in the Hampton, NJ area. This is a part-time position with a split schedule, offering 20-25 hours per week, with guaranteed 4-5 hours per day for 9.5 months out of the year (38 weeks). Summer work is also available, with opportunities to sign up for additional hours for sports, trips, and extended/summer programs. The company provides paid training to obtain a Commercial Driver License (CDL), covering the cost of permits and the CDL itself. Advancement opportunities exist to move into full-time roles such as trainer, dispatcher, or operations manager. A $2500.00 sign-on bonus is available for fully licensed school bus drivers with a valid CDL and S & P endorsements, hired between September 15, 2026, and October 15, 2026. This position is ideal for those seeking a consistent part-time schedule with steady income, including ride-share drivers, gig workers, retirees, stay-at-home parents, or college students.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license for at least one year.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to work Monday–Friday, covering both AM and PM routes.
- Fully licensed school bus drivers who hold a valid CDL with both S & P endorsements are eligible for the sign-on bonus.
