About The Position

Krapf Bus is seeking Drivers to join the team at various schools in the Hampton, NJ area. This is a part-time position with a split schedule, offering 20-25 hours per week, guaranteed 4-5 hours per day for 9.5 months out of the year (38 weeks), with summer work available. Opportunities always exist to sign up for additional hours for sports, trips, and extended/summer programs. In this position, you can expect Teladoc service 100% covered by the company, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and employee assistance benefits. Paid training is provided, and the cost of obtaining permits is also covered. Advancement opportunities exist to move into a full-time trainer, dispatcher, or operations manager role. Drivers may qualify for health insurance benefits if they average 130+ hours per month over a year through opportunities for extra driving. Paid CDL training is offered, allowing you to earn while you learn. A limited-time sign-on bonus of $2500.00 is available for fully licensed school bus drivers who hold a valid CDL with both S & P endorsements, for new hires between September 15, 2026, and October 15, 2026. Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes, and additional terms may apply.

Requirements

Hold a valid driver's license for at least one year.
Pass a background check.
Be able to work Monday–Friday, covering both AM and PM routes.
Hold a valid CDL with both S & P endorsements (for sign-on bonus).
Be able to work 20-25 hours per week.
Be available for 9.5 months out of the year / 38 weeks.
