School Bus Driver - Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
North America Central is hiring School Bus Drivers to safely transport students to and from school in the Iowa City area. Drivers greet riders, navigate assigned routes safely, and help ensure students arrive on time. The role offers paid training and ongoing support, so prior experience and a CDL are not required. Route hours are guaranteed at a minimum of four hours per day when school is in session, with additional hours available through field trips and charter work. Summer school routes may offer year-round work, alongside school and holiday breaks. Communities served include North Liberty, Coralville, Hills, and Iowa City.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a valid driver's license for at least three years.
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a DOT drug screen.
- Pass a physical.
Responsibilities

- Starting pay of $23.49 to $29.73 per hour, based on experience.
