About The Position
Foreman Sales & Service is seeking dependable School Bus Drivers to provide safe student transportation for the Highmore-Harrold School District during the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time role involves driving established school routes and helping create a positive experience for students traveling to and from school. Additional driving opportunities for school activities may become available throughout the year. Compensation is $130 per route day. A sign-on bonus is available, and CDL training assistance is offered to qualified applicants.
Requirements
- Have a valid CDL with Passenger and School Bus endorsements, or be willing to obtain them.
- Have a safe driving record.
- Be able to pass a DOT physical, background screening, and drug testing.
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
- Commit to student safety and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a school bus on assigned routes.
- Transport students to and from school while maintaining a safe environment.
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Follow all DOT regulations and school transportation policies.
- Promptly report maintenance concerns or safety issues.
- Communicate professionally with school personnel, parents, and students.
