About The Position

Nyman Associates is seeking compassionate, self-directed, and organized Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide behavioral support to students and staff in school settings. The organization provides school-based and early intervention therapy services across Southeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Connecticut.

In this role, you will provide behavior assessment, consultation, and intervention for students with behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement behavior intervention plans, train personnel, and monitor progress to support positive student outcomes. Placement opportunities may vary based on your interests and availability, with support from clinical leads and directors and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Support Plans.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an educational setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use relevant assessment tools to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop positive behavior plans and support classroom staff with implementation.
• Collect, analyze, and graph behavioral data.
• Consult and collaborate with school teams.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), if applicable.
