About The Position
PRO is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students in school-based settings throughout Pennsylvania. This position is located in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, through the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU), and serves students in grades K–12. Full-time or part-time hours are available. The role offers flexible schedules, clinical autonomy, leadership opportunities, professional development, and multidisciplinary collaboration. W2 and 1099 options are available.
Requirements
- BCBA certification.
- Pennsylvania LBS.
- Active clearances.

Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
- Develop behavior support plans (BSPs).
- Consult with school teams.
- Support staff training.
- Analyze behavioral data.
- Participate in IEP meetings.
