About The Position

PRO is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students in school-based settings throughout Pennsylvania. The position is based in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, through the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU), and serves students in grades K–12. Full-time or part-time schedules are available. The role offers clinical autonomy, leadership opportunities, professional development, multidisciplinary collaboration, and a flexible schedule. Employment options include W-2 and 1099 arrangements.

Requirements

• BCBA certification.
• Pennsylvania LBS credential.
• Active clearances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
• Develop behavior support plans (BSPs).
