About The Position

PRO is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students in school-based settings throughout Pennsylvania. This role is based in West Chester, PA, through the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU), and serves students in grades K–12. The position offers full-time or part-time hours, flexible schedules, clinical autonomy, leadership opportunities, professional development, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Requirements

• BCBA certification.
• Pennsylvania LBS credential.
• Active clearances.
