About The Position

PRO is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students in school-based settings throughout Pennsylvania. The position is located in Phoenixville, PA, through the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU), and serves students in grades K–12. Full-time or part-time hours are available. PRO highlights flexible schedules, clinical autonomy, leadership opportunities, professional development, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The role is offered with W-2 and 1099 options.

Requirements

• BCBA certification.
• Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (PA LBS) credential.
• Active clearances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
