About The Position

Sage Connections is hiring a full-time W-2 clinician to provide school-based services for the 2026–2027 school year. The role supports elementary and high school students, as well as consult students, at an onsite school location. The schedule is Monday through Friday, roughly 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., for 30 hours per week. The position is listed as beginning ASAP and continuing through May 2027, with potential to renew. The posting describes the role as providing speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs. The clinician will conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with teachers, staff, and families, maintain documentation and service logs, and attend IEP meetings to contribute to student goal planning. Requirements

Master’s degree.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility to work as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CF) as defined by ASHA.
DOE certification or state DOH licensure.
Strong collaboration and organization skills.

School-based experience is preferred but not required.
