About The Position

Wellness Together, a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, partners with schools statewide to increase access to mental health services for students and families. By collaborating with universities and graduate programs, Wellness Together provides cost-effective "turn-key" social-emotional interventions on school campuses across California. This is a part-time, in-person role located on-campus at assigned school site(s) in Corona, CA.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a graduate program (practicum/internship placement required)
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices (CBT, ACT)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of experience in mental health
• Fluency in a second language is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to students
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and community resources
• Facilitate mental health workshops for students, staff, and families
• Maintain documentation aligned with HIPAA & FERPA guidelines
