Requirements

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or marriage and family counseling
  • Licensed with a minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience in the mental health field, with the ability to provide clinical supervision
  • Strong clinical skills with proven experience working with high-needs children and families
  • Excellent communication, organizational, computer, leadership, and supervisory skills
  • Valid California driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance required

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision, including reviewing and co-signing documentation such as progress notes, reports, and assessments.
  • Offer clinical support through case coverage, therapeutic group facilitation, and consultation, including oversight in the Program Director’s absence.
  • Ensure availability for School Based Programs including supervising School-based Therapist
  • Provide individual and group therapy to children with serious emotional, learning, developmental, and autism-related needs
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including school staff, psychiatrists, and related service providers
  • Deliver case management services and coordinate care for clients
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client documentation and records
