About The Position

The Case Manager provides client intake and referrals, advocates for clients seeking supportive services, and assesses client needs. The role also assists with developing billing for services and preparing program reports, and serves as a liaison with other agencies. The position is part of the Ironton-Lawrence County Community Action Organization, a community agency focused on improving community well-being by providing opportunities for people in need.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of prior experience in the alcohol, drug abuse, or mental health field.
• Initiative to develop services and work with professionals in both the public and private sectors.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or a related Human Services field.
