About The Position

Piedmont Community Services (PCS) is seeking a School Based Mental Health Case Manager to provide case management to children in local schools in Franklin County, Virginia. The position ensures that youth receive services that help them access the medical, psychiatric, social, educational, and other supports essential to meeting their basic needs. Requirements
