About The Position

Piedmont Community Services (PCS) is seeking a School Based Mental Health Case Manager to provide case management to children in local schools in Franklin County, Virginia. The position ensures that youth receive services that help them access medical, psychiatric, social, educational, and other supports essential to meeting their basic needs. Some flexibility in schedules may be an option.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in human services or a related field is preferred.
• One year of direct care experience, or an equivalent combination of training, skills, and abilities as defined by DMAS, to qualify for the position.
• Consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes, and drug screening as part of the application process.
