About The Position

The Clinical Program Supervisor for School Based Programs assists the Program Manager in a leadership role by providing direction to School-Based Clinicians. The position provides general oversight through teaching, mentoring, and general support. In addition to daily oversight, the supervisor provides services to youth and their families, manages the referral list, and assists with maintaining stakeholder relationships. The supervisor develops and maintains working relationships with individuals, families and/or caregivers, other NRVCS programs, and other community agencies and resources as needed.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or another license-eligible field.
• Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Clinical Psychologist with the State of Virginia.
• At least three years of experience providing direct clinical services.

Nice To Haves

• Experience providing direct clinical services in a community-based mental health setting is preferred.
• Speaking multiple languages may qualify new employees for additional compensation.
