About The Position

Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division operates nearly 150 schools offering infant care through Pre-K/K programs, summer camp, and after-school programs. Its schools use a range of pedagogical approaches, including the Links to Learning curriculum, accredited Montessori methods, and Mandarin and Spanish language immersion programs.

Xplor Preschool & School Age is seeking a creative and passionate School Age Teacher & Bus Driver. The School Age program balances learning and play to help children develop academic and social skills. In this role, the employee will inspire curiosity, nurture confidence, and create meaningful learning experiences for young learners. The position also involves driving a non-CDL mini-bus and supporting a warm, inclusive classroom environment.

The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 2:00–6:30 PM. The role regularly involves walking, standing, sitting, squatting, stooping, reaching, kneeling, rising from the floor, twisting, listening, reading, writing, and speaking English. It often involves carrying, lifting, repetitive or fine hand movements, and occasionally pushing, pulling, or bending. Clear vision and hearing are regularly required, with vision correction permitted. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a nurturing, enthusiastic personality.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Available Monday through Friday, 2:00–6:30 PM.

• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
