About The Position
Xplor Preschool & School Age, part of Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division, is seeking a creative and passionate School Age Teacher. The program balances learning and play to help children develop academic and social skills. The teacher inspires curiosity, nurtures confidence, and creates engaging, purposeful learning experiences for young learners. The position requires availability Monday through Friday from 2:00 to 6:00 PM. The role involves regular classroom and physical activities, with reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available Monday through Friday, 2:00–6:00 PM.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a nurturing, enthusiastic personality.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lessons that promote exploration, early literacy, and critical thinking.
- Encourage independence and collaboration through hands-on, play-based learning.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families.
