About The Position

We're recruiting for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to provide support to the sales and Production teams at our Tuff Shed Factory Store in Dallas. This role involves coordinating and scheduling Tuff Shed installations, preparing daily installation packs, managing customer and vendor interactions, and assisting the General Manager with front office needs.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to predict and resolve issues.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience working in "trades/industries" or the ability to learn technical aspects related to basic product design and functionality.
  • Successful prior experience working in logistics, coordination, project management, or in a similar capacity.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines on multiple projects.
  • Hands-on computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to take on a role with a steep learning curve.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong math and communication skills.
  • Must possess a current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in JD Edwards software highly preferred.
  • You'll be expected to know the details about our products and discuss offers and options with our partners and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule Tuff Shed installations, working directly with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare daily installation packs, including verifying orders, requesting materials, and creating purchase orders and waivers.
  • Act as the first contact with our "Big Box" partner, responding to queries, managing the database, and providing assistance to sales teams.
  • Understand and meet customer needs, recognizing special needs and recommending appropriate upsells.
  • Assist the General Manager with various front office needs as they may arise.
