Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of college and 2 years of experience
- Detailed oriented with strong follow up skills
- Strong communication skills

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the EPIC schedules of the Medical Service, Attending providers, house staff and Nurse Practioners including on-call schedule rotation schedule, and outpatient schedule.
- Responsible for construction and management of all providers’ schedules.
- Maintain resident schedules based on the house staff rotation calendar annually.
- Responsible for entry of all schedules, changes and adjustments in front and back-end of system.
- Manages resident outpatient schedules in appointment system.
- Assist Practice Administrator and Medical Director with all outpatient patient schedule preparation and maintenance.
- Liaise with all providers, working closely with key executives, directors, administrators and chief residents.
- Responds to daily cancellations, residents’ rotation changes and related schedule adjustments.
- Creates, manages, and maintains physician supervision schedule.
- Responsible for resident daily on-call schedule.
- Responsible for room assignment during clinics.
- Responsible for creating database to track assignment, as well as distribution of data.
