Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership, staffing, scheduling, or management experience
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and solve problems quickly
  • Experience with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
  • Background Check required
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, home care, senior care, staffing, or caregiving services preferred

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard dependable caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and personal care assistants
  • Build a strong caregiver team focused on compassion, reliability, and professionalism
  • Maintain employee engagement and positive team culture
  • Support caregiver retention through coaching, mentorship, and daily communication
  • Reinforce service standards, attendance expectations, and accountability
  • Coordinate caregiver schedules for senior clients receiving in-home care
  • Handle shift coverage, call-offs, and urgent staffing needs with professionalism and urgency
  • Match caregivers with clients based on skills, personality, availability, and care needs
  • Monitor scheduling efficiency and continuity of care
  • Ensure accurate staffing coverage for ADLs, companionship, dementia care, and personal care services
  • Assist with new client onboarding and service coordination
  • Communicate proactively with families regarding scheduling updates and caregiver assignments
  • Resolve concerns quickly to maintain high client satisfaction
  • Support quality assurance efforts to ensure consistent care delivery
  • Provide hands-on support when needed to maintain uninterrupted care services
  • Work closely with office leadership to improve operations and caregiver performance
  • Foster a mission-driven culture focused on compassionate senior care
