About The Position

The Tempo Service Scheduling Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting brand awareness and revenue growth through proactive customer outreach and campaign coordination. This position is responsible for executing targeted outbound calling initiatives aligned with the company’s Yard Sign Campaign Strategy, focusing on engaging existing customers within designated zip codes or neighborhoods to encourage participation. In addition, the Scheduling Coordinator coordinates and tracks yard sign placement and removal performed by field technicians during scheduled maintenance and repair visits. This role maintains accurate records of customer responses, schedules installations and removals, and provides reporting to support operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers using approved call script and messaging
  • Promote yard sign placement program and customer incentive
  • Maintain professional, friendly, and customer-focused communication during all interactions
  • Achieve weekly KPI targets for accepted yard sign placements
  • Process equipment replacement projects through the company CRM (Salesforce), include data entry, email and Administer customer incentive program, including applying $25 service credits to participating customer accounts and ensure service credits are applied following completion of future service work
  • Document customer incentive eligibility accurately within company systems
  • Coordinate scheduling of yard sign installations for customers who opt in to the program
  • Maintain designated scheduling process for yard sign pick-ups
  • Update customer contact records with participation status
  • Track and schedule sign pick-ups seven (7) days following installation
  • Review driver mileage logs for accuracy and reporting
  • Check daily technician schedule to assign installation and pick-up of yard signs, ensuring timely execution and alignment with service appointments
  • Track and report program performance metrics, including total outbound calls made, total customers accepting yard sign placement, total customers declining yard sign placement, and overall opt-in percentage
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely communication with internal teams regarding scheduling and customer participation
