About The Position

Agape Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned and locally run pediatric therapy clinic in Richland, WA. We provide PT, OT, and SLP services for children of all ages and conditions. Requirements

• Prior experience in medical scheduling required

Responsibilities

• Greet families warmly in person and on the phone
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm therapy appointments
• Manage waitlist and coordinate openings efficiently
• Call and fax physician offices
• Communicate with families regarding attendance, cancellations, and clinic policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area for families
• Maintain accurate and up to date patient charts
• Work both independently and cooperatively with members of our team
• Support clinic culture and mission
