About The Position

The Nursing Schedule Coordinator is a key team member that is responsible for the overall assurances of appropriate staffing levels are met at all times. The Central Supply Clerk is a key team member assuring the staff have the necessary equipment and supplies to care for our residents. The Central Supply Clerk is responsible for ordering, re-ordering, stocking, delivering and maintaining inventory.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
• Indiana QMA license.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assures appropriate staffing levels are met at all times.
• Orders, re-orders, stocks, delivers, and maintains inventory of necessary equipment and supplies.
• Creates staffing schedules that ensures the provision of quality nursing care.
• Coordinates with the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing schedules and needs.
• Ensures compliance with appropriate budgetary, State and Federal guidelines.
