About The Position

The Nursing Schedule Coordinator is a key team member responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels are met at all times. The Central Supply Clerk is a key team member ensuring staff have the necessary equipment and supplies to care for residents. This role involves ordering, re-ordering, stocking, delivering, and maintaining inventory.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
• Indiana QMA license.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence).

Responsibilities

• Assure appropriate staffing levels are met at all times.
• Order, re-order, stock, deliver, and maintain inventory of necessary equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing schedules and needs.
• Ensure compliance with appropriate budgetary, State and Federal guidelines.
• Create comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents and team members.
• Work towards a common goal of excellent care for residents.
• Ensure quick, equitable and courteous scheduling patterns and resolutions.
