About The Position

This position is responsible for weighing trucks as they enter and exit the plant while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The role is for the 3rd shift, Monday through Friday, from Midnight to 8 AM. The Scale Operator will be responsible for Live Receiving and must be able to work with a computer, be accurate with all weights, and stand and walk for the duration of the shift (approximately 8 hours). The work environment can be hot, cold, wet, and dry, and the employee must wear a safety vest at times.
