About The Position

Palma Ceia Golf & Country Club in Tampa, Florida, is seeking a skilled and passionate Saute Cook to help deliver exceptional dining experiences. The role executes high-quality dishes with precision and consistency under the guidance of the Sous Chef, contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen focused on creativity, excellence, and growth. The scheduled workdays are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Hours may vary, and additional shifts may be scheduled for special events and banquets. All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.

Requirements

• Be legally eligible to work and serve in Florida and be at least 18 years old.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in pantry roles.
• Be proficient at pantry stations.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have culinary experience, preferably in high-volume breakfast or dinner settings.
• Be able to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrate initiative, passion for culinary excellence, independent judgment, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
