About The Position

ZipStaff is hiring an SAP S/4HANA OTC/SD Consultant to support an Aerospace & Defense program for a leading global consulting firm. The consultant will configure, test, and implement SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions, connecting business requirements with technical execution across multi-module integrations. The project is in an active build stage and requires independent configuration and testing work. This is a long-term W2 contract of 12+ months, based in Dallas, Texas, with travel as needed and full commitment to the project expected.

Requirements

US citizenship or Green Card holder status.
Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Active, verifiable SAP certifications.
5–10 years of SAP implementation experience.
1–2 recent full-cycle SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC implementations with hands-on configuration.
Integration experience with MM, FI/CO, and related modules.
Experience with MTO (Make-to-Order) and MTS (Make-to-Stock) order flows in defense or highly regulated industries.
Experience with third-party billing/drop-ship in S/4HANA and EDI integrations.
Experience with data migration tools, master data governance, and Agile or hybrid delivery tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Strong communication skills and availability when needed.
Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.

Nice To Haves

Aerospace & Defense experience, including prior implementations at aerospace OEMs, prime contractors, or defense subcontractors.
Hands-on experience with PI/PO, IBP, and AIF integrations, plus SAP CPI/PI, middleware, EDI, and GEX/WAWF connectors.
Familiarity with DD250 processes, WAWF/GEX automation, government portal integration, government contract requirements, FAR/DFARS, and ITAR/EAR.
Experience with SAP EWM, TM, or Advanced ATP in complex supply chains.
Background in Earned Value Management (EVM) and WBS/EVM integration to SAP.
Strong client-facing presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Additional certifications such as SAP S/4HANA (functional/technical), PMP, PMI-ACP, or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

Configure, test, and implement SAP S/4HANA OTC and SD modules.
Work independently on configuration and testing across the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate domain requirements into scalable SAP processes.
Support cross-module integrations and interface touchpoints with PI/PO, IBP, and AIF.
Contribute to blueprinting and client process alignment.
Deliver functional specifications, process maps, and system testing.
