About The Position

CTG is seeking an SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC Billing & DRC Consultant for a client in Bakersfield, California. The position is listed for a 12-month duration. The consultant will design, configure, implement, and optimize SAP S/4HANA Sales and end-to-end Order-to-Cash solutions, with a primary focus on billing and e-invoicing. The role also leads SAP Document and Reporting Compliance implementations to address regulatory, statutory reporting, and country-specific e-invoicing requirements. The consultant will support core billing processes and their integration with SAP Finance, gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, and work with business and technical stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes. Responsibilities include leading testing and deployment activities, supporting global template development and multi-country rollouts, and driving ongoing process improvements. The expected base salary is $68.00 to $72.00 per hour. CTG also offers a competitive benefit package. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is accepted; SAP S/4HANA Sales certification is preferred.

Requirements

10–12+ years of SAP SD/OTC experience, including at least 6 years specializing in billing.
Hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP DRC and e-invoicing solutions to meet regulatory requirements.
Proven experience supporting end-to-end OTC billing and integration with SAP Finance.
Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD, OTC, billing configuration, and DRC/e-invoicing.
Strong understanding of billing, pricing, invoice processing, regulatory compliance, and SD-FI integration.
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA solution design, configuration, troubleshooting, and functional documentation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead functional design and collaborate across business, finance, and technical teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.

Nice To Haves

Experience with resource-related billing, consignment, third-party processing, SAP BRIM, or multi-country rollouts.
SAP S/4HANA Sales certification.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, implement, and optimize SAP S/4HANA SD and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions, primarily focused on billing and e-invoicing.
Lead SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) implementations for regulatory, statutory reporting, and country-specific e-invoicing requirements.
Configure and support billing processes, including pricing, invoice generation, billing outputs, and credit and debit processing.
Integrate OTC processes with SAP Finance (FI), including tax determination, account posting, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
Gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and deliver scalable SAP solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues and improve billing and financial processes.
Lead functional and integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
Support global template development, multi-country rollouts, and ongoing process improvements.
