About The Position

We are seeking an SAP S/4HANA Material Master Functional Architect to serve as the Central Data Team's functional expert for Material Master data. This role requires strong functional expertise in Material Master data, configuration, data models, and lifecycle-management processes. The architect will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Digital Transformation teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs, specifications, and SAP solutions. Responsibilities include leading Material Master discovery workshops, solution-design discussions, configuration, testing, and deployment support, as well as driving Material Master data design, standardization, and process harmonization across the enterprise.

Requirements

8+ years of SAP Material Master experience, including SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Strong functional expertise in Material Master data, configuration, data models and lifecycle-management processes.
Hands-on experience with: Data profiling, Data cleansing, Mapping, Conversion, Validation, Reconciliation, Migration cutover.
Strong end-to-end integration knowledge across: Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance, PLM, MES.
Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, communication and facilitation skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP MDG, Informatica CDGC/IDMC or similar master-data-governance/data-quality platforms preferred.
Experience working with global stakeholders in manufacturing environments.
Semiconductor or high-tech industry experience preferred.
