About The Position

CTG is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Funds & Grants Management Consultant for a client engagement in Washington, DC, lasting 12 months. The consultant will implement, configure, and optimize SAP Funds and Grants Management solutions to meet client business requirements. The role includes analyzing business processes, translating requirements into functional designs and system configurations, and supporting solution design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing improvement. The consultant will configure relevant financial management functionality, including fund accounting, grant administration, budget control, and financial reporting, and integrate these processes with SAP financial modules and related business systems. The position works closely with technical teams, functional specialists, and client stakeholders; provides functional expertise and guidance; resolves system and process issues; and recommends solutions that support efficiency and compliance. The consultant will also communicate project progress and solution options and promote knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and effective teamwork. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant professional experience is required. The expected base salary is $62.00 to $65.00 per hour. Requirements

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Funds and Grants Management functionality and configuration.
Understanding of fund accounting, grant lifecycle management, budget planning and control, and financial reporting.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
Knowledge of SAP FI integration and related financial processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent client-facing communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance technical solution design with business needs, maintainability, and implementation best practices.
Demonstrated experience implementing or configuring SAP Funds and Grants Management solutions.
Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing functional designs, and delivering SAP solutions.
Experience supporting SAP implementation activities, including configuration, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
Ability to work directly with clients, provide functional recommendations, and build trusted working relationships.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.

Nice To Haves

Public sector, government, or grant-funded organization experience is beneficial.
SAP S/4HANA or SAP Funds and Grants Management certifications are preferred.
