About The Position

LVMH Beauty is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Finance Accounting Lead to support its North America teams. The role bridges business teams and external system integrators through SAP S/4HANA design, implementation, integration, testing, data migration, and training activities. It focuses on SAP FI/CO and finance processes, with a preference for experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition. During the Explore phase, the lead participates in business workshops, helps collect requirements, supports definition of organizational structures and golden rules, explains end-to-end SAP solution capabilities, challenges and validates proposed designs, prepares demonstration data, and contributes to integration and data migration planning. During the Realize phase, the lead defines and validates interface requirements and mappings, supports end-to-end interface testing, prepares and executes test activities, and designs and tests data extraction and mapping tools. The role also validates migration mappings, data quality, cleansing, and migration results with the business. During deployment and toolkit activities, the lead supports change management training and Key Users, and contributes to comprehensive testing plans. The published annual salary range is $125,000–$150,000; the company notes that actual pay may fall outside this range.

Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience.
At least 2–3 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO architecture, cross-module integration, financial close cockpit, and statutory and management reporting requirements.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO and organizational data definition.
Basic understanding of MM, SD, and PP modules.
Demonstrated experience managing SAP interfaces, including business logic, source-to-target mapping, transformation rules, middleware or mediation mapping, error handling, and end-to-end interface testing.
Solid background in SAP data migration methodologies, extraction tools, data quality, and cleansing governance.
Experience in test management, including writing test cases, validating automated testing, and executing tests across integrated environments.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, including the ability to bridge business finance needs and technical configurations.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, CDS views, and integration with SAP Analytics Cloud.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, preferably with Public Cloud Edition.
SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates certification or a related S/4HANA Finance certification.

Responsibilities

Participate in business workshops and support collection of inputs for workshop preparation.
Help the system integrator understand complex business requirements and bridge business and technical teams.
Support definition of organizational data structures, such as plants, sales organizations, and cost centers, and establish golden rules.
Help the business understand SAP S/4HANA, end-to-end processes, and S/4 PCE WRICEF targets.
Challenge proposed designs and validate target business processes and solution architecture.
Prepare test data for system and solution demonstrations.
Participate in integration workshops, validate integration designs, and support definition of SAP interface requirements and data migration scope, strategy, methods, and tools.
Define, review, and validate interface business logic, mappings, transformation rules, error handling, and routing rules.
Participate in integration design reviews and support end-to-end interface testing across applications and S/4 PCE before UAT.
Prepare applications and systems for test data alignment; support writing test cases; execute and validate integration tests; and validate automated test scope.
Design, develop, and test extractors and mapping tools for target migration templates.
Define and validate migration mapping rules, data cleansing procedures, and data quality checks.
Extract data from source systems in iterative cycles and validate migration results for unit and integration testing.
Support business validation of data migration outputs.
Assist with change management training on SAP S/4 PCE and support Key Users during end-user training.
Contribute to the definition and execution of comprehensive testing plans.
