About The Position

LVMH Beauty is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Finance Accounting Lead to support implementation activities across design, realization, deployment, and training. The role connects business teams with the system integrator, helps define and validate finance processes and solution designs, and supports interface management, testing, and data migration. The position focuses on SAP FI/CO and SAP S/4HANA, preferably Public Cloud Edition (PCE), and requires collaboration with business stakeholders, external partners, and Key Users. During the Explore phase, the lead participates in business workshops, supports requirements collection, helps define organizational structures and golden rules, enables business understanding of the SAP solution and end-to-end processes, challenges and validates designs, prepares demonstration data, and supports integration and data-migration planning. During the Realize phase, the lead defines and validates interface logic and mappings, supports integration design reviews and end-to-end testing, helps prepare test data and test cases, validates automated testing scope, and designs, develops, tests, and executes data extraction and migration activities. This includes mapping, data cleansing, quality checks, iterative source extraction, and validation of migration results. During deployment, the role assists with SAP S/4 PCE training led by external partners, supports Key Users during end-user training, and contributes to comprehensive testing plans. The job description notes that duties and responsibilities may change or new ones may be assigned. The published salary range is $125,000–$150,000, with the company reserving the right to pay outside that range.

Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience.
At least 2–3 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO architecture, cross-module integration, financial close cockpit, and statutory and management reporting requirements.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO and organizational data definition.
Basic understanding of MM, SD, and PP modules.
Demonstrated experience in SAP interface management, including business logic definition, source-to-target mapping, transformation rules, middleware or mediation mapping, error handling, and end-to-end interface testing.
Solid background in SAP data migration methodologies, extraction tools, data quality, and cleansing governance.
Experience in test management, including writing test cases, validating automated testing, and executing tests across integrated environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to bridge business teams and external system integrators.
Strong analytical mindset and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to connect business finance needs with technical configurations.

Nice To Haves

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition (PCE) implementation experience.
SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates certification or a related S/4HANA Finance certification.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, CDS views, and integration with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Responsibilities

Participate in business workshops and support collection of inputs for workshop preparation.
Bridge business requirements and the system integrator, helping the integrator understand complex requirements.
Support definition of organizational data structures, including plants, sales organizations, and cost centers, and establish golden rules.
Help the business understand the SAP S/4HANA solution, end-to-end processes, and S/4 PCE WRICEF targets.
Challenge system integrator designs and validate target business processes and solution architecture.
Prepare test data for system and solution demonstrations.
Participate in integration workshops, validate integration designs, and support definition of SAP interface requirements, including business logic, field mapping, transformation, routing, and target mappings.
Validate the overall data migration scope, strategy, methods, and tools.
Define, review, and validate interface business logic, source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, error handling, and routing for application and SAP S/4 interfaces on mediation layers.
Participate in integration design reviews and support end-to-end interface testing across applications and S/4 PCE before UAT.
Prepare applications and systems for test data alignment; support writing test cases; execute and validate integration tests; and validate automated test scope, including test cases, APIs, and end-to-end scenarios.
Design, develop, and test extractors and mapping tools to fit target migration templates.
Define and validate migration mapping rules, data cleansing procedures, and data quality checks.
Execute iterative data extraction from source systems and validate migration results for unit and integration testing.
Support business validation of data migration outputs.
Assist with change-management training on SAP S/4 PCE led by external partners and support Key Users during end-user training.
Contribute to defining and executing comprehensive testing plans.
