About The Position

Clarkston Consulting is seeking a motivated, self-driven SAP PP Senior Consultant to deliver business solutions for clients in the life sciences, consumer products, and retail industries. The role combines industry expertise, business process knowledge, and consulting capabilities to help clients address challenging business problems.

The consultant leads and guides consulting teams and client personnel through SAP Production Planning implementations, facilitates analysis and design sessions, and designs, develops, and configures SAP PP solutions. The role also includes overseeing customized reports, providing technical support and training, and supporting engagement scoping and proposal development.

Travel is an integral part of the position and is estimated to average 30–50%, depending on client and project needs. When not at a client site or traveling, consultants work from their home office. Relocation is not required.

Requirements

• Expertise in SAP PP.
• At least 3 full-life-cycle implementation projects.
• Team lead experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across design, hands-on configuration, and new roles as needed.
• Thorough client services orientation and experience taking an active role in executing engagements and project plans or tasks.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to present and write at publication-quality level to communicate findings and recommendations.
• A four-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• Willingness to travel an estimated average of 30–50%, subject to client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide consultants and client personnel implementing SAP PP (Production Planning).
• Lead analysis and design sessions to develop requirements for client solutions.
• Design, develop, and configure SAP PP functions to meet client business requirements, including integration points with other modules.
• Manage and oversee the design and development of customized reports.
• Provide general technical support to clients and conduct training as required.
• Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.
• Take an active role in executing client engagements and project plans and tasks.
