We are currently hiring skilled professionals for SAP PM EAM Consultant to join our growing team.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP (preferably S/4HANA) in PM/EAM module
- Deep expertise in equipment master data management and asset hierarchy configurations
- Strong experience in preventive maintenance including maintenance plans, task lists, and scheduling
- Proficiency in work order management and service notification processing
- Hands-on experience with maintenance history tracking and asset failure analysis
- Solid understanding of maintenance cost management and spare parts planning
- Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) concepts and predictive maintenance strategies
- Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations (2+ projects preferred)
- Understanding of asset lifecycle management in cloud environments
- Familiarity with SAP Activate Framework and cloud deployment methodologies
- Knowledge of IoT integration and predictive analytics capabilities for asset management
- Proficiency in SAP IMG (Implementation Guide) and Customizing for maintenance modules
- Experience with equipment and asset master data migration strategies
- Strong understanding of integration patterns with production, warehouse, and financial systems
- Hands-on experience with testing tools, defect management, and process documentation
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and asset management business processes
- Excellent ability to translate operational requirements into technical asset management solutions
- Experience leading operations and maintenance requirements workshops and change management
- Proven ability to work in agile and waterfall project methodologies
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, IT, or related discipline
Nice To Haves
- MBA preferred
- SAP Certifications in S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) preferred
- SAP Activate Certification strongly preferred
- CMMS or equipment maintenance certifications are advantageous
