SAP EAM Functional Consultant
About The Position
Looking for an experienced SAP EAM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP EAM / PM, SM and PS. The candidate should have experience in complete SAP implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live and production support. This is a hands-on Functional Consultant position, not just a Business Analyst or Project Manager role. Please do not submit candidates who are primarily: SAP ABAP Developers, SAP Basis Consultants, SAP MM-only Consultants, Business Analysts without SAP configuration experience, SAP PM support consultants without implementation experience, Project Managers without hands-on SAP EAM functional experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of SAP EAM experience
- Strong hands-on SAP PM / EAM Experience with SAP SM and PS
- Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP implementations – Greenfield and/or Brownfield
- Hands-on SAP configuration
- Business requirements gathering and workshops
- Fit/Gap Analysis
- Functional and solution design
- Testing, data migration, cutover and go-live
- Production support
- Integration knowledge with MM, FI, CRM and third-party applications
- Strong business/client communication
Nice To Haves
- Experience converting acquired/merged businesses into an existing SAP platform
- Emerging technology / modernization exposure
- Experience working directly with business leadership
- Experience mentoring junior functional consultants
