SAP NS2 S/4 HANA Project Manager
About The Position
Lead SAP cloud migration and implementation projects for U.S. Federal Government and Department of Defense customers, delivering against schedule, budget, scope, quality, and contractual commitments. Manage end-to-end project plans, including schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, deliverables, and contractual requirements. Establish project governance, stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and ongoing customer engagement. Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and resource constraints. Partner with Delivery Executives, Enterprise Architects, and technical teams to advance SAP cloud adoption, Clean Core principles, and AI-enabled initiatives. Support proposals, solution scoping, resource planning, project estimation, and delivery strategy. Apply SAP delivery methodologies and best practices to achieve successful implementations, customer satisfaction, and transition to operations. The position requires U.S. citizenship and access to customer data, and involves travel up to 50% based on customer requirements. Location preference is the Eastern or Central U.S. time zone.
Requirements
- 7 or more years of project management experience delivering complex technology implementations.
- A few years of experience supporting U.S. Federal Government, Department of Defense, or Federal Civilian customers.
- Successful end-to-end delivery of at least two Federal or DoD technology implementation projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing SAP cloud migration and implementation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of SAP enterprise solutions and hybrid, private, or public cloud environments.
- Expertise in project governance, financial management, risk mitigation, resource coordination, and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP certification, or commitment to obtain it within an established timeframe.
- U.S. citizenship; the role requires access to customer data.
