About The Position

The SAP Department is seeking an SAP HR Project Manager. We are looking for a skilled SAP HR ERP Project Manager to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise SAP HR solutions, while managing complex ERP projects from business requirements gathering through go-live and ongoing support. This role requires extensive experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementations, strong project management capabilities, expertise in SAP S/4HANA environments, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and consultants. This is a full-time, hybrid position, based in Central Israel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
  • ERP training/certification totaling at least 300 hours.
  • 10+ years of experience leading SAP HR / ERP implementation projects.
  • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA projects.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and SAP Solution Manager.
  • Proven experience leading at least three end-to-end SAP HCM implementations in large organizations.
  • Proven experience leading at least one SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
  • Experience defining and implementing HR business processes.
  • Strong Hebrew and English communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience implementing HR systems with multiple integrations.
  • Experience working with public sector organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing HR processes, systems, and integrations, and define future-state solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end SAP HR projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Define project scope, implementation approach, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Identify risks, issues, and optimization opportunities, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate and lead internal teams, business users, external vendors, and consultants.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and ensure successful delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Prepare technical specifications, project documentation, and procurement-related materials.
  • Present project status and recommendations to management and steering committees.
