About The Position

abra SAP Department is seeking for an SAP SD Project Manager. We are looking for a skilled SAP SD Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP ERP implementation and enhancement projects, with a focus on Sales and Distribution (SD) processes, overseeing all project phases from business requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support. This role requires extensive experience in SAP SD implementations, SAP S/4HANA projects, ERP integration, project management methodologies, and leading cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments. A full-time, hybrid position, based in Central Israel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
  • ERP training/certification totaling at least 300 hours.
  • 10+ years of experience managing and delivering SAP SD implementation projects, including business process design, solution deployment, integration activities, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA projects.
  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager and ERP project management tools.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an ERP Integration Lead.
  • Experience managing ERP projects and advising senior management.
  • Proven experience leading SAP implementations in at least four large organizations, from requirements gathering through go-live.
  • Fluent Hebrew and strong English communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes, systems, and requirements, and define future-state SAP solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end SAP SD and ERP projects, including planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Define project scope, implementation approach, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and lead business users, IT teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify risks, issues, and optimization opportunities, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and ensure delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Prepare technical specifications, project documentation, and procurement-related materials.
  • Present project status and recommendations to management and steering committees.
