The Human Resources Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end management of HR projects, processes, and events in partnership with the HR leadership team. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams in HR to design and execute both strategic and tactical initiatives to ensure effective planning, implementation, and successful outcomes. In addition to project leadership, this role provides support to Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) by advising leaders on talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning. The position plays an important role in supporting HR strategies to align with business objectives in driving organizational success. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in office.
