About The Position

The SAP Department is seeking a skilled SAP ERP Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP implementation and transformation projects. This role involves overseeing all project phases, from business requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support. The position requires extensive experience in SAP implementations, SAP S/4HANA environments, ERP project management, stakeholder management, and leading complex enterprise-wide projects. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Central Israel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
  • ERP training/certification totaling at least 300 hours.
  • 10+ years of SAP implementation experience.
  • Proven experience with at least two SAP S/4HANA projects.
  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager and ERP project management tools.
  • Proven experience leading SAP implementations in at least four large organizations, from requirements gathering through go-live.
  • 10+ years of experience managing ERP projects and advising senior management.
  • Experience defining and leading new business processes.
  • Experience working with at least one public sector organization.
  • Fluent Hebrew and strong English communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing SAP S/4HANA projects.
  • Experience with SAP MM, SD, and/or FI modules.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes, systems, and requirements, and define future-state SAP solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end SAP projects, including planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Define project scope, implementation approach, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and lead business users, IT teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify risks, issues, and optimization opportunities, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and ensure delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Prepare technical specifications, project documentation, and procurement-related materials.
  • Present project status and recommendations to management and steering committees.
